Use your QR code provided in your souvenir bag to follow the map to all of your favorite outdoor activities. Don’t forget your sunscreen! 

Karaoke Hour – 1PM – 2PM
Warm up those vocal cords! Karaoke Hour is all about fun, laughter, and sharing music with the family. No matter your skill level, everyone is welcome to join in.

Line Dance Class – “Boots on the Ground” 2PM – 3PM
Kick up your heels and join the fun! Our Line Dance Class is perfect for beginners and seasoned dancers alike—get moving, laugh, and make memories with the family on the dance floor. 

Snack Hour 3PM – 4PM
Refuel, relax, and snack away! Enjoy a variety of goodies while sharing laughs and stories with family members. 

Family Biz Expo 3:30PM – 5:30PM
Come see what our family members are creating! From handmade goods to services, this showcase highlights the amazing work of our own family entrepreneurs—shop, connect, and cheer each other on. 

Silent Auction – 3:30PM – 5:30PM
Don’t miss our Silent Auction! It’s a great way to grab unique items, support future family reunions, and have a little friendly fun along the way. 

Relax and Get Ready – 6PM – 8PM
We’ll pause for a brief intermission to allow everyone time to refresh and prepare for our elegant evening gathering. Make the most of this moment to rest, dress, and get ready to celebrate in style. 

Sneaker Ball Formal Event – 8PM – 11PM
Get ready for a night of elegance and fun! Dress to impress in your formal attire (with a comfy sneaker twist!) and enjoy awards, photos, dancing, and unforgettable family memories.
